Our shipping rates are currently equal-to our actual cost to have your order
picked, packed and shipped to your doorstep via a wide variety of carriers, while other

RETURN POLICY |
Please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE to advise your intention to return
product and obtain an RMA Number. We will credit
your card upon receipt for merchandise in new condition in original packaging within 30
days of purchase. (There may be a charge to replace Tombow Rollerball refills for which the
wax seal
has been removed.) If free or discounted shipping was provided on the original
shipment, actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Non-pen
related items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ABOUT PENWA GIFTS |
Penwa Gifts began selling Tombow Fine
Pens online in 1995 from our web-site www.tombow.com
and accepted Visa and MasterCard via e-mail. We offered hard-to-find Japanese pens and
refills. We provided significant discount and extremely low shipping on your total order as
we still do to this day.
In late 1997 we began using an on-line shopping cart and offering Secure Online Ordering
with VISA and MasterCard. Shortly thereafter we added American Express and Discover Card. We
developed our own web enabled program, Harvester DX to automatically download and print our picking
lists and shipping labels and facilitate re-stocking orders to our vendors. We added Itoya
products and Fisher Space pens to our offering.
In the years to follow,
we added Stypen, Parker and Waterman. For the 2005 holiday season we
added Aurora Italian pens at the best price on the web.
Our charter is to provide fine writing products that are difficult to find in stores. We
stock every pen of every line we sell. We do our best to maintain optimum stocking levels for every pen to
